Return and Exchange
At Sadquay, we strive to ensure you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you need to return or exchange an item, we're here to help.
Returns
Eligibility:
Items must be returned within 5 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Process:
We offer reverse pick-up services, which will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, you will need to send it back to the company address. Reverse pick-up is subject to service availability in your area.
Refunds:
Please allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be credited to your bank account.
For payments made with the COD option, please share your account details via email at support@Sadquay.com.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
If the new item is of a higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.
If the new item is of a lower value, we will issue a refund for the difference to the original method of payment. For COD payments, please share your account details via email at support@Sadquay.com.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
For exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost of sending the new item to you.
